Account Termination
To delete your account, go to your profile page and tap ‘Delete Account’ at the bottom. Confirm your decision to delete your data and unpublish your videos. Your account will be deactivated for 30 days. You can reactivate it within this period, but after 30 days, it will be permanently deleted.

Children’s Privacy
niyapic is intended for use by individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our app, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their user email registered with the app).
